CMAP is an innovative software used to manage today’s complex inspection data. It has the potential to save many hours on an average inspection with the ability to import, analyze, and report inspection data collected by different vendors and with several inspection techniques.

CMAP enables you to analyze various inspection data sets in a single screen, creating a complete view of an asset’s condition with full traceability to the raw inspection data.

Powerful Data Analysis

Inspection Areas

Simply add inspection areas around points of interest. They then display the minimum, maximum, and average thickness measurements and can be included in your report with relevant A, B, and C-scans.

Live A-Scan Views and Markers

A-scans are displayed directly from the raw inspection data and you can add A-scan markers to C-scans that can be included in your reports. CMAP displays all the measurements captured from gates in different views (e.g., material thickness, top surface, and amplitude).

B-Scan and Profile Views

Display cross-sectional profile and B-scan views by simply drawing a line over the C-scan. These views are a great help when analyzing inspection data and they can lead to better maintenance decisions. Once visible, simply move the live view by tapping the direction keys. Watch the profile and B-scan change in relation the C-scan. Like A-scan markers, these views can be included in your final report.

Data Filtering

Various data filters such as defect highlighting, color banding, and threshold settings, are specifically designed to improve and speed up the data analysis and reporting times.


Automated Reporting

Easily generate comprehensive reports with customizable report templates, and then export them as Microsoft® Word® documents.

  • Simply select Generate Report from the inspection folder
  • Select what you want to include in your report, layouts, A-scan, B-scan, etc.
  • Export your report in a customized report template
